What we do

Holiday Light Command, a service of Command Technologies, connects homeowners with independent local holiday lighting installers. We are a referral service. We do not perform installations, and installers are not our employees or agents.

Using the service

Requesting quotes is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone.
When you submit a request, up to three local installers may contact you by phone or text.
Any agreement for services is between you and the installer you choose. Pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties and payment are the installer's responsibility.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.

SMS program terms

Program: Holiday Light Command quote updates. Texts about your quote request from us and from up to three matched installers.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts from us.
Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that installers will be available in your area, their pricing, or the quality of their work. The service is provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Command Technologies is not liable for any work performed by installers or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
