Effective October 11, 2026
Holiday Light Command is a service of Command Technologies ("we," "us"). We connect homeowners who request holiday lighting quotes with local installers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact details you enter: name, phone number, email and address.
- Details about your request: home type, areas you want lit and preferred timing.
- Your consent to be contacted, including the date and time you gave it.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To match your request with local holiday lighting installers.
- To send you calls and text messages about your request, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
- To answer questions and improve our service.
Who we share it with
When you request quotes, we share your contact and request details with up to three local installers matched to your request so they can contact you about it. You agreed to this when you submitted the form.
We may also share information with service providers that help us run this service (such as our software and messaging providers), and when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with any other third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts from us does not stop an installer you have already been matched with from following up; you can ask them directly to stop.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Children
This service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
